How long until my order ships?

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2-5 business days, then the parcel is handed to a carrier and you get a tracking link by email.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Write to us as soon as possible. Before production starts we can change or cancel anything. Once a piece is in production it cannot be stopped, but you still have the 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery.

Do I need an account?

No. Guest checkout is the default. An account only exists so you can see your order history and tracking in one place.

What does RL-003 mean?

Every piece carries a product code. RL is the brand, the number is the position in the catalogue. Search a code like RL-003 and it resolves straight to the piece.

How do the pieces fit?

Relaxed, with a dropped shoulder. The hoodies are cut oversized. If you want a closer silhouette, take one size down.

Where are the measurements?

Every apparel product page has a size guide with width, length and sleeve in centimetres or inches. Measurements are taken flat with a ±2 cm tolerance.

What if the size is wrong?

Return it within 14 days for a refund and place a new order in the right size. Because pieces are made to order, that is faster than an exchange.

Where do you ship?

Estonia, the Nordics, the European Union and worldwide. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout from your address.

Will I pay customs?

Not inside the European Union. Outside the EU, import duty and local tax may be charged on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility.

How do returns work?

Fourteen days from delivery, unworn and tagged. Email your order number and we send return instructions within one business day.

What weight is the cotton?

Tees are 240 gsm combed ring-spun cotton. Hoodies are 400 gsm brushed fleece. Both are heavier than a standard garment, and both are meant to last past the season.

How do I wash it?

Cold, inside out, no tumble dryer. Never iron directly onto a print or embroidery. That is the whole routine.

Will sold-out pieces come back?

Accepted Answer

Drops are finite. Some pieces return, most do not. Field Notes subscribers hear first either way.
