What you can return

Any piece, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

Steps

• Email your order number and the pieces you want to return.
• We send the return address and instructions within one business day.
• Pack the pieces with the tags still attached.
• Send with a tracked service and keep the receipt.
• We refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, we do not hold stock to swap. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order in the size you want: that is the fastest route.

Wrong size

Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Measurements are taken flat with a ±2 cm tolerance, and every piece is cut relaxed.
