Every piece is made to order and dispatched from the production facility closest to you. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout, before you pay.

Pieces are produced in 2-5 business days before they are handed to a carrier. Larger drops can take slightly longer; the confirmation email always carries the current estimate.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Free shipping thresholds apply per region and are shown before payment.
A tracking link is emailed the moment the parcel leaves the facility. Tracking usually goes live within a few hours of that message.
Orders inside the European Union carry no additional charges. Outside the EU, import duty and local tax may be charged on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility.
An order containing several pieces can arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.
