AGREEMENT
These terms govern purchases made on russland.ee. Placing an order means you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.
LAST UPDATED: January 14, 2026
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the order confirmation email. If a piece cannot be produced, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT for consumers in the European Union at the rate of the destination country. Shipping is added at checkout before payment. Deliveries outside the EU may attract import duty and local tax, which the recipient pays.
Payment is taken by Stripe. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are never transmitted to or stored by RUSSLAND. Orders enter production once payment is confirmed.
Pieces are produced after the order is placed. Colour and placement can vary slightly between garments; that variation is a property of the process, not a defect.
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in the shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
Consumers in the EU have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Full detail is in the refund policy.
Statutory conformity rights apply for two years from delivery. A faulty piece is repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Otherwise, liability is limited to the value of the order.
Estonian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee.
